Leave everything on us. We will be back to you as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours or less with a preliminary, non-obligatory itinerar y with the total costs of the trip.
We do not want to disturb you with deposits. No need to pay any deposit for preliminary itineraries.. This is a non-obligatory itinerary, there fore arrival/departure dates, activities, type of accommodation can be changed on your request later.
We prefer an email communication, however, on your request we can use skype, msn or telephone contact. We suggest you the best places, the wor th-to-see-places, famous & out-of-the-beaten track places, carefully chosen and many times visited hotels/pensions along the route. You make commen ts, changes (if any) until we make and send you a final version of the detailed itinerary with exact arrival & departure dates, names of the hot els ( with photos ) you are staying in, rooming list, total price for the whole tour in our local currency and your currency, information what is included and what is excluded in the price. A photogallery of the cities/villages we are visiting will be enclosed in the itinerary.
We suggest you to book & buy your flight tickets first. This must be done in advance. Check flights info. We do not arrange flights.
Once you read carefully the itinerary, booking conditions, terms & conditions and you agree with everything we will send you an invoice by email and a li nk to our booking system where you can execute the full payment 4 weeks prior to your arrival. The payment will be made directly on Tatra Bank website, which is the official site of our local bank. After the payment was success fully executed, you receive the confirmation about the payment.
We use a local bank in Slovakia called Tatra Banka to process all credit card payments on their secure server. You can find out more about Tatra Banka from www.tatrabanka.sk We comply with EU Travel Directive (90/314/EEC), which means your money is safely held in a bonded account until after your holiday is completed.
