Meet & greet at the airport. Welcome drink and transfer to Mala Fatra. Check in & free program.

DAY 2, Vratna valley
Breakfast from 8.00 followed by short briefing. Walking in  Vratna valley - splendid landscapes of a ”rock city”, narrow gorges, miniature canyons, waterfalls and spires carved into the rock by the force of a mountain stream. Dinner & overnight in Low Fatra.

DAY 3, Velky Rozsutec peak
Breakfast from 8.00 followed by short briefing. Climbing to Velky Rozsutec (1611m), a jagged peak in the Mala Fatra mountains famous for its forked top with a number of limestone spires. Dinner & overnight in Low Fatra.

DAY 4, Terchova village
Breakfast from 8.00 followed by short briefing. Visiting the historic village of Terchova, the birthplace of the most legendary Slovak folk hero Juro Janosik (like famous Robin Hood) who stole from the rich and gave to the poor. We will visit his birthplace and his ”memorial room”. 
Dinner & overnight in Low Fatra.

DAY 5, Sulovske rocks
Breakfast from 8.00 followed by short briefing. Hiking to  Sulovske rocks, where rock formations again create a ”rock city”. The area is a popular climbing ground for both Slovak and foreign rock climbers. Centuries ago, a medieval castle was built on the cliffs. The ruins of the castle have survived to the present day. Dinner & overnight in Low Fatra.

DAY 6, Maninska narrow
Breakfast from 8.00 followed by short briefing. Maninska Tiesnava (Maninska Narrow) is a strictly protected nature reserve with a large number of rock formations. Water carved a canyon there with walls as high as 800 meters. This area is also popular with rock climbers.

DAY 7, Castle ruins
Breakfast from 8.00 followed by short briefing. Visiting ruins of Lietavsky castle (630m), a gothic castle from the 13th century. The castle is perched on the top of a limestone cliff, at the highest point in a beautiful landscape setting. Its magnificence draws one’s interest even from a great distance.

DAY 8, Strazovske hills
Breakfast from 8.00 followed by short briefing. Hiking up to Rokos, the most beautiful peak in Strazovske mountains.

Breakfast from 8.00 followed by free program until departure. Transfer to the airport.
