DAY 1, Welcome to Slovakia !
Meet &∓ greet at the airport. Welcome drink & transfer to Low Tatras.
We'll go through the itinerary. Dinner & overnight in Low Tatras.
DAY 2, Low Tatras - day trip trip to highest peak in Low Tatras
Breakfast from 08.00, then short briefing. Up to the mountains, we will climb up to the highest peak of Low Tatras - Dumbier (2046). On the way we'll stop & refresh energy in mountain cottages - Trangoska cottage & M.R. Stefanik cottage. Enjoy excellent views on the limestone cliffs and the whole Slovakia.
Elevation: Start from Trangoska (1356m) - Chata pod Dumbierom (1793m) – Dumbier (2046 m). End of the trip in Trangoska (1356 m)
Overnight in Low Tatras
DAY 3, High Tatras - day trip
Breakfast from 08.00, then short briefing. Transfer to High Tatras (1hour drive). This is country's first national park in 1948. The highest peak of the High Tatras is the peak Gerlachovsky stit (2655m). From the mountain lake Strbske Pleso, passing the Popradske lake we will walk up surrounded by steep Tatra peaks to the deepest and biggest mountain lake in Slovakia – Hincovo pleso.
Elevation: Start in Strbske pleso (1355m) - Popradske pleso (1494m) - Hincovo pleso (1944m).End of the trip in Strbske pleso (1355m).
Dinner & overnight in High Tatras
DAY 4, Slovak Paradise park- day trip - admiring beautiful fauna & flora
Breakfast from 08.00, then short briefing. Transfer to Slovak Paradise park (40min drive). Admire green valleys, huge gorges, cascading waterfalls. The walk starts from Cingov to the Tomasovsky view where you can see The High Tatras. Walking up the Monastery Gorge we will climb on the summit of The Slovak Paradise – Klastorisko where the reconstructed ruins of the Cartesian monastery from the late 13 century are. Stroll down the wood route with the views on craggy ravines we will come back to Cingov. Dinner & overnight in High Tatras
DAY 5, Pieniny National park - day trip
Breakfast from 08.00, then short briefing. Transfer to Pieniny National park (1hour drive), located in the north of eastern Slovakia and it partly forms a natural border with Poland. Pieniny is Slovakia's smallest national park where the river Dunajec formed excellent picturesque scenery. Highlight of the day is rafting on wooden rafts down the river Dunajec canyon, then, we'll step back in time and visit Carthusian-Carmelite monastery from the 14th century.
Dinner & overnight in High Tatras
DAY 6, Slovak karst - day trip
Breakfast from 08.00, then short briefing. Transfer to Slovak karst (1hour 15min drive) This national park is a karst mountainous plateau in the eastern part of Slovakia. In this area more than 150 caves (inaccessible to the public) have been discovered, more than 50 swallow holes and karst springs, as well as a number of karst phenomena. We will walk up to the remains of the castle, Muransky hrad, which bear witness to the long history of the region. Start of the day tour from Muran (490 m)– Muransky hrad (635 m), End in Muran (490 m).

Transfer to Bratislava - Dinner & overnight in Bratislava, next day transfer to Vienna Schwechat
Travelers departing from Krakow (Poland):
Dinner & overnigh in High Tatras, next day transfer to Krakow airport.
DAY 7, Free time until departure
Breakfast from 08.00. Check out, farewell & transfer to the airport.

This will depend which tour you will choose. As many tours start in Central Slovakia, the most convenient is to flight to the closest international airport in Krakow, Poland. However, for tours starting in Bratislava, Slovakia - undoubtedly the best is Vienna Schwechat airport. Not sure what's the best connection from your country ? Ask our travel consultant.
