  (3star hotels are cosy,simple & clean, 4star are lxurious mostly with wellness)
  
  
• write us group size - to obtain Best possible price & bonus for group organizer
  
  
• write us your special requests (dietary restrictions, wheelchair travelers)

  Your personal travel consultant will contact you within 12 hours by email to check all details. If you wish a tailor-made tour with specific requests (family history tour), we will cooperate with you until we have created the perfect itinerary.
  
  If you wish to participate on a tour with regular departures, we will inform you how many persons are already in the group and all necessary details.  
  We will check availability & book (provisionally) all hotels we mentioned in the itinerary ( and you checked them of course).

  We use local business bank Tatra Banka for transaction made through our booking system. All credit card payments will be made using Card Pay service (virtual terminal of Tatra Bank).
  
  Note that there is a surcharge of 3.9% for all credit card payments which we have to pay to Tatra Banka for using virtual terminal.
  
  We accept VISA, VISA electron & MASTERCARD credit cards. We will send you a link by email, you check the description of reservation, click on "accept booking condition", and click on "click to pay". Then you will be transferred to the secure site of Tatra Bank. On this page you will enter the required credit card information (card no., CV code and expiration date) and additional information. You will then receive notification that your transaction has been processed.
  
  Our travel consultant will send you via email confirmation about the payment and receipt for the deposit payment
  
  Balance payment -  will be paid after your arrival on the 1st day in cash or using our booking system.
