Come and enjoy lovely hiking tours in National Park Slovak Paradise and the High Tatras. Numerous marked tourist trails offer excellent hiking for beginners as well as for more advanced hikers.
National park Slovak Paradise:
Exceptionally beautiful national park where rivers and streams have formed many gorges (famous Sucha Bela and Velky Sokol), canyons, waterfalls, valleys, and caves. One of the biggest ice caves in Europe Dobšinská ľadová jaskyňa cave (UNESCO World Heritage) is accessible for public.
National park of High Tatras:
The main attractions are tours to the peaks while enjoying truly spectacular views, deep valleys, dwarf pines, more than 100 mountain lakes, and several waterfalls.
There are almost 30 peaks over 2500 meters AMSL. The highest peak is Gerlachovský štít, 2654 meters (8707 ft), the second-highest is Lomnický štít, 2634 meters (8641 ft), it is also possible to visit the top of this peak by cable car.
As the symbol of Slovak mountains is considered spectacular Mt. Kriváň, 2494 meters (8182 ft).
National Park of Tatras is home to mountain goats, eagles, brown bears, lynxes, and wolves. Our guide will have a binocular, so with a little bit of luck, we might spot some animals in the distance. The group size is 2 to 7 people. We want to keep it as a Small Hiking Group.
Our Base Camp for National Park Slovak Paradise is in Levoca town – a medieval gem
Our Base Camp for discovering the High Tatras is in Stary Smokovec town – in the heart of the High Tatra Mountains.

DAY 1
WELCOME TO SLOVAKIA
We’ll pick you up from the airport and comfortable drive you to spectacular Spiss region.
Vienna Schwechat airport – Levoca: 4hrs 15min
Bratislava airport – Levoca: 3hrs 45min
Krakow airport – Levoca: 2hrs 45min
Relax in the medieval jewel – fairy-tale Levoca town. Welcome dinner and drink, itinerary introduction and start of your lovely hiking holiday.

DAY 2
DAY TRIP TO SUCHA BELA GORGE
Breakfast at 8am, briefing, departure at 8:45am. One of the most beautiful hiking trips hiking through the gorge Sucha Bela. Be ready for climbing on metal and wooden ladders. Truly enjoyable tour with a unique scenery.
Route: Podlesok – gorge Sucha Bela – Klastorisko – Hrdlo Hornado – Podlesok

DAY 3
DAY TIRP TO HAVRANIA SKALA / ROCK
Breakfast at 8am, briefing, departure at 8:45am. Another beautiful day ahead of us. Hiking to Havrania skala / Rook’s rock in NP Slovak Paradise is simply magical.
Route: Dedinky – Stratena – Stratensky kanon – Havrania skala – Dedinky
Total hiking time: 5 hours 45 min

Highest altitude: 1,154 m (3,786 ft)

DAY 4
DAY TRIP TO TOMASOVSKY VYHLAD / VIEW
Breakfast at 8am, briefing, departure at 8:45am. Today, we’ll enjoy views from the most popular spot – the Tomasov’ view (Tomasovsky vyhlad), there is a saying “who has not been in Tomasov’s view, has not been to Slovak Paradise National Park.
Route: Cingov – Tomasovsky vyhlad – Trsteny potok – Letanovsky mlyn – Cingov

DAY 5
RELAXING DAY IN PIENINY NATIONAL PARK
Meeting at 9am. Enjoy the spectacular while on board of a ‘wooden raft’. The rafting on calm water takes approximately 1 hour 30 min. It is an incredibly charming area – the river Dunajec creates a natural border between Poland and Slovakia.
Admire the most famous summit Three Crowns. Heart the stories and legends. The words cannot describe this beautiful, untouched part of Slovakia.

DAY 6
GREEN LAKE – NATIONAL PARK of HIGH TATRAS
Breakfast at 8am, briefing, departure at 8:45am, check out and drive to Stary Smokovec town. We’ll hike up to a mountain chalet Green Lake, located in the valley and surrouned by the Green Lake. The colour of the water is emerald green. It is a paradise for hikers and landscape photographers.
Route: Biela voda, car park – Salviovy prament – Chalet Green Lake
Total hiking time: 6 hours

Level of difficulty: Easy to Moderate
Lowest altitude: 910 m (2,985 ft)
Highest altitude: 1,550 m (5,085 ft)

DAY 7
TERYHO CHATA / CHALET
Breakfast at 8am, briefing, departure at 8:45am and let’s hike up to Teryho chata, located in the upper part of the Small Cold Valley and surrounded by rocky peaks.
We’ll start from Stary Smokovec to Hrebienok, passing by Rainer’s cottage and Zamkovskeho cottage through beautiful valley up to Teryho cottage. Enjoy the mountains and its views of the peaks and valleys.
On our last tour day, we’ll book a table in a lovely Koliba Kamzik and try some more Slovak specialties (farewell dinner is included).
Route: Stary Smokovec – Hrebienok -Rainer’s cottage-Zamkovskeho cottage- follow green mark – Teryho cottage and back
